Joyce J. Schlueter Franklin - (nee Borgman) Reunited with her beloved husband Raymond on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at the age of 91. Daughter of the late Edward Borgman and Josephine (nee Scaniglia) Schoen. Born October 28, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI. Loving mother of Dave (Belinda) of Las Vegas, NV, Christine Welcenbach of Eagle River, WI, Darrell (Marcia) of New Berlin, WI and Dale (Lori) of Brown Deer, WI. Also remembered by ten grandchildren: Tina, Jeremy, Tanya, Christopher, Ryan, Travis, Kayla, Dustin, Brandon and Corey. Also survived by 19 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by sisters June and Charlemagne and brother Kenneth. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Joyce was a former, proud member of The Wisconsin Chapter Model "A" Ford Club of America. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel on Friday, June 24 from 4 - 7 PM. Funeral Service at 6:30 PM. Entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Make - A - Wish Foundation appreciated.
