Joseph James Paul Giuffre

Giuffre, Joseph James Paul Of Greendale, lost his valiant battle with cancer on Sunday, October 9, 2011 at the age of 66 years. Preceded in death by his parents Vincent J. and Florence (nee Kurtz) Giuffre. Loving husband of Beth (nee Tulane) for 29 years. Dearest father of Gina Rae (Bill) Thacker and Michael (Deb) Larson. Proudest Papa of Natalie and Vanessa Larson. Also survived by his brother Vince (Wendy), mother-in-law Lil Tulane, sisters-in-law Jerri, Pat, Gail, Debbie and their families and friends. Joe retired in January 2010 after 45 years in the trucking industry. Joe was very blessed to have many life-long friends who supported him throughout his battle. He was an avid animal lover and he also leaves his babies Gracie and Dakota. Our sincerest gratitude to the wonderful staff at Vitas Ruth Hospice for their compassion and care during the last three months of his life. Words can never express our sincere gratitude. You are all angels. Beth also wishes to thank her co-workers and friends for their comfort and support this past year. If so desired, memorials may be made in Joe's name to the Wisconsin Humane Society or American Cancer Society. Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2011 from 4 pm to 7:30 pm at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL with a Memorial service at 7:30pm.
