Wolak, Joseph H. Of Oak Creek. Passed away unexpectley on Sat., April 14, 2012 at the age of 55. Beloved husband of 34 years to Vickie. Loving dad of Mandy Wolak. Brother of Annette Nordmann. Uncle of Angela Boisclair, Heidi Nordmann and Elke LaPolice. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends. Joe was a longtime employee of Telsmith Inc., Mequon. Memorial Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday, April 20, 2012 from 11-1PM. Memorial Service 1PM. Inurnment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to the American Heart Association appreciated.
