Ortiz, Jose C. 8/8/88-9/16/16 Jose has found peace after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jose is further survived by his parents William Keith and Lucy (nee Cartagena) Keith and BIG brother of Alyssa Keith. His Nana (Sulma) Late Grandpa Jose (BIG JOE from Cocomo). Proud father of Naisaiah and Jayden. That he loved so dearly. Sweet nephew of Sonja (his TT BOO), Samuel (Alaina), Carmen (Tio JR), Late Alphonso, Micky (Ricardo), Antonio (Kris), Vicky (Eddie) and many more aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel on Saturday, September 24 from 2 - 6 PM. Funeral Service at 6 PM. Jose we all love you and you will be truly missed until we meet again.
