John R. Lindert

John R Lindert of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly on August 19, 2021. John was born on December 15th, 1963 and was raised on Milwaukee's northwest side. He is a 1982 graduate of Pius XI High School. He also attended Milwaukee Area Technical College. John had a 35 year career at UPS and retired in 2019. John loved music, sports, travelling, gardening, and bicycling. He also loved spending time outdoors and playing the guitar. John is survived by his son Ray Lindert and daughter Savannah Lindert; sister Sharon Lindert and her husband Jay Knaust; sister Marcia Struckmeyer and her husband Tom; brother Tom Lindert; goddaughter and niece Rochelle Brantley and her husband William; niece Aimee Struckmeyer; niece Angie Melum and her husband Brad; nephews Jack and Will Lindert; and grand-niece Lily Melum. He is preceded in death by his parents John Alan Lindert and Donna Mae Lindert. Funeral services will be held at Max A Sass and Sons Funeral Home , 4747 S 60th St, Greenfield, WI 53220 on Saturday, September 11th with visitation from 10am-12pm and a memorial service from 12pm-1pm.
