John Martin Cieslewicz

Cieslewicz, John Martin John was born November 5, 1926 in South Bend, IN and passed away March 22, 2016. Survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Deloris J. (nee Lorbiecki). Loving father of Jack (Diane) Chase, Michael (Mary), Janice (John) Nelson and David (Dianne). Proud grandfather of Carrie (Mark) Felix, Jeffrey (Carin) Chase, Dr. John (Alisa) Cieslewicz, Catherine (fianc Aaron Duffy) Cieslewicz, Dr. Maryelise (Dan Beaubouf) Cieslewicz, Leah (James Potter) Nelson, Jessica Nelson and Abigail Nelson. Great-grandfather of 9. Dear brother of Mary (the late Bernard) Beier. Further survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. John was a Sgt in the US Army, 187th Airborne, serving in WWII. He was proud to have been on the WWII Veteran Honor Flight to Washington DC on his 85 birthday. John was a metallurgist at Ampco Metals in Milwaukee for 37 years. Visitation at Mitchell Manor Chapel (5301 W. Lincoln Ave., West Allis, WI) on Tuesday, March 29 from 9-10:45AM until time of service at 11AM. Entombment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
