John âJDâ Davies Found peace on August 9, 2022 at the age of 68. Born April 24, 1954 in Alkmaar, Netherlands to the late Geert and the late Catherine Davies. Loving brother of George (Joanne) Davies. JD will be dearly missed by countless friends. Private family services will be held. JD was the long time owner of the Comedy Cafe and a lifelong Harley-Davidson rider. In lieu of flowers, donations to Zilber Hospice appreciated.
