John Francis Hapka

John F. Hapka born to eternal life on Friday, April 22, 2022, at the age of 87. Father to John (Stephanie) Hapka, Jim Hapka, Chris (Marian Hapka) Hapka, Tom (Deanne) Hapka, Greg Hapka and Karen Elias, 5 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty, son Daniel, parents Frank and Kate (Wojtkowski) Hapka and 5 siblings. John was family orientated and cared for others up until his last day. He was a very caring and loving father, but don’t get him mad. John was an avid outdoor sportsman who enjoyed spending time at his home in Rhinelander and his hunting camp in Hayward. Visitation at the St. Mary’s Catholic Faith Community (9520 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners) on Friday, April 29, 2022, from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Milwaukee.
