Semancik, John A. Passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 25, 2015 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Jeanne (nee Albright) for 56 years. Loving dad of Linda (Brian) Smallwood, Lori (the late Art) Van Slett, John Jr. (Jolie) and Mark (Lea). Proud grandpa of Ashley, Nicole (Ben) Klemme, the late Matthew, Katie, Andrew, Zachary, Max and Mitchell. Cherished great grandpa of Marlie Jeanne, Hailey, Mak and Eva. Dear son of the late John and the late Irene. Further survived by other relatives and friends. A celebration of John's life will be held on Friday October 30, 2015 from 5 until 7 pm with at service at 7 pm at Hales Corners Lutheran Church (12300 W. Janesville Road). He enjoyed attending all his grandchildren's activities, was always willing to drop everything and lend a hand, or brainstorm a solution and we looked to him for the final 'OK' all family car purchases.
