Joel Francis Hibicke

Hibicke, Joel Francis Age 70, found peace on February 12, 2017. Born May 7, 1946 to Rayfield and Sophie (Bukant) Hibicke. Graduated from Boy's Tech High School and retired from Nordberg Mfg. (Metso Minerals). Survived by the love of his life, wife Nancy, his beloved daughter Anna (Dirk) Feltes, loving step-children Heather Dishinger, Alison (Cory) Carlson and Jeffrey Kolar. Grandpa to Kristina and Alexandria Feltes; Danny, Rhiannon, Ryan and Emily Dishinger; Cayden and Jiliann Carlson; and Jakob Kolar. Joel was the eldest brother of his wonderful family; Jackie (Lance) Olson, Judde Hibicke, Julayne (Ken) Kern, Jeanne Oppitz and James Hibicke. Joel held a special place in his heart for Bill and Amy Girard along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends. He touched the lives of many with his kind and gentle manor. He was always teaching us something even if we weren't aware of it at the time. Joel will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to either of Joel's favorite charities: Children's Hospital (Cancer Dept) or the Wisconsin Humane Society. Memorial Gathering on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at DIVINE MERCY PARISH, 800 Marquette Avenue, South Milwaukee from 10:30am to 11:45am, followed by the Memorial Mass at 12Noon.
