Joby L. Hendrix

Joby L Hendrix 61 of Waterford, WI passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and friends on Nov. 19th, 2024. 

Joby is survived by her loving son Zackary Hendrix (Alexandra Martin) and loving grandson Weston Hendrix. Joby is preceded in death by her mother Janis Hendrix (McNamer). Further survived by her father Dave Hendrix, brothers; Scott Hendrix (Thersea). Dave Hendrix (Dawn) and Todd Hendrix (Linda) and numerous Aunts uncles and cousins. 

Joby fought a hard battle with pancreatic cancer for a year. She made every day a positive journey. She had her ups and downs through this journey, but she remained strong and positive and tried to keep her life as normal as possible. She was an avid golfer, took many trips to see friends in Washington state, Florida, Canada and Arizona. Joby was a strong, happy, caring, and loving person, if you met Joby, you were friends for life. 

Family and friends of Joby would like to Thank Dr. Ben George of Froedtert and all of his caring staff that have done an amazing job with Joby’s care. to Cheryl and Mike Smith for opening their home to Joby especially for hospice care the last week, all the comforts of home, which she so truly appreciated and to Horizon Hospice for their loving care. 

A celebration of Joby’s life will be held January 18th from 2-6 at Spanky's Sports Bar, 403 S 6th St, Waterford, WI 53185. Please wear purple in support of Pancreatic cancer awareness or Packers/brewers attire as these were her favorite teams.
