Joanne R. Lapointe

Joanne R. LaPointe (Nee Polyak). Was reunited with her beloved husband Robert LaPointe on November 27, 2020 at the age of 72. Loving daughter of Ruth and the late Vince Polyak. Dear sister of Jane (Dennis) Joyce, Jeannie (Dan) Drew, Mike (Sandy) Polyak, Mary (Paul) Strom, and the late Thomas Polyak . Dearest sister-in-law of Mike (Cheri) LaPointe, Jeanne (Mike) Borkowski, Tom (Debbie) LaPointe, Joanne Brayton, and Lisa LaPointe. Joanne is further survived by her lifelong friends Nancy Kuczynski and Ellie Risch, many beloved godchildren, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews. Joanne had a way of making a personal connection with each one in her life, making you feel special and treasured by her. This will be missed by all who knew and loved her. There will be a private family inurnment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Because of the challenging times with an abundance of concern for everyone's health and safety, the celebration of her life will take place at a later date. Please check back for updates.
