Jimmy P. Beier

November 26, 1969 - July 21, 2024

Jimmy Beier, age 54, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2024, surrounded by his family.

Jim was born to John “Pete” and the late Betty Beier, (nee Ulrich), on November 26, 1969.

Jim was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting and snowmobiling. He also enjoyed vintage pinball machines, managing his many fantasy football teams, and loved playing cards and cribbage with friends.

Jim was passionate about his job and dedicated to serving his customers for over 20 years. He always made himself available to his customers day or night to share his vast wealth of knowledge and expertise. His ability to provide a quick solution will be missed by many.

Jim is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 22 years Laura, and sons Carson and Andrew (Salewski). He is also survived by his father Pete and brother Johnny, and many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Jim will be remembered as someone who never took life too seriously, and was always known for his many jokes, tall tales, and memorable “Beier-isms” to family, friends, and customers alike. His storytelling abilities were unmatched and he always had a story to share whenever the occasion arose.

We are so proud of his determination in the fight against Leukemia for the past 18 months. Rest well now; your fight is done. Your legacy will live on through us and all of your friends through stories and many, many happy and loving memories.

At his request, a funeral service will not take place. Instead, Jim requested a celebration of life gathering where stories and laughter could be shared by all.

The family invites you to share in celebrating the life of Jim at a celebration of life on Sunday, August 25th at Central Waters in the beer garden located at 1037 West Juneau Avenue in Milwaukee. Please join us at any time between 1:00 - 4:00 PM.
