Czarnecki, Jerome M. "Jerry" Born to Eternal Life on Monday, April 11, 2011 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Jean. Loving dad of Kathy (John) Peterman, Jim (Jenny Siu) and John. Proud grandpa of Kayla and Jenna. Brother-in-law of Leonard Lobacz and Donald (Aggie) Lobacz. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Elizabeth Residence for their loving care of Jerry these past few years.
