Dudzik, Jerome J. “Jerry” Born to Eternal Life on June 13, 2010 at the age of 83 years. Dearest husband of Rose (nee Plewa) for 61 years. Beloved father of Mark, Tom, John (Diane), Joe (Lynn) and Julie Dudzik (Arto Vilkkila). Dear grandfather of Kara, Jake, Courtenay, Jeff and Nathan. Fond brother of Ervin (Margaret) Dudzik. Brother-in-law of Joe (Yvonne) Plewa. Further survived by nieces, nephews, many other loving relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 11 am at St. Matthias Catholic Church (9306 W. Beloit Road). Visitation Thursday 9-10:45 am at the church. Private interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Jerry proudly served his country as an infantryman during WW II in the Army, the City of Milwaukee as a Police Officer for three decades and Milwaukee County as a Sheriff Deputy. He had also served as the President of the Milwaukee Police Union. Jerry had recently taken the Honor Flight to Washington D.C., which he called one of the best experiences of his life. The Dudzik Family would like to thank the staff’s at St. Lukes, Froedtert and especially Zilber Family Hospice for all of their loving care. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Jeffrey Scott Dudzik Trust Fund if so desired.
