Jeremy J. Wozniak

Left us unexpectedly on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at the age of 34. He was reunited with his beloved mother, Barbara and his dear sister, Jennifer. Beloved son to Thomas and dear brother of Kim (Chris) and Gina Mae, father to Jillian and Jayden. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and childhood friends will also dearly miss him. Jeremy left us doing what he loved most, a private driver and DJ for Party Pros; he will be greatly missed by Michael Scott and The Band of Brothers and all of the lives he has touched throughout his years in the entertainment industry. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel on Sunday, July 20 from 11 AM - 2 PM. Funeral Service at 2 PM. Private interment.
