Percifield, Jeff A. Passed away unexpectedly June 10, 2018 at the age of 45. Loving husband of Dana (Stephan) Percifield. Loving father of Brody and Lucas Percifield. Beloved son of Paul (Sandy) Baroni and Renee Baroni. Son-in-law of John and Linda Stephan. Dear brother of Glenn (Jamie) Percifield, Nikki (Chris) Miracle, Brandi (Nathan) Kowalinski Mary (Sam) Gagnon, Josh and Matt Percifield, sister-in-law Katie and brother-in-law Paul Ksobiech. Uncle of Ethan, Sylvia, Jack, Alex, Ella, Alex and Sophie. Further survived by other relatives and good friends. A memorial visitation will be held at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL on Monday June, 18, 2018 from 11 AM until 3 PM. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated. MAX A.
