Letizia, Jason M. Found peace on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at the age of 35. Survived by his mother Denise Kaminski, children Thomas(age 8), Victoria(age 5) and Ashley(age 13), sister Jodi Sifuentes, the mother of his children Laurie Letizia, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel on Monday, August 31 from 1-3 PM. Memorial Service at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated for Jason's children.
