Janice M Hulita

Hulita, Janice M. (Nee Van Atta) passed away on November 11, 2015 after a short battle with cancer at the age of 77. Beloved wife of Gil for 57 years. Loving mom of Jeff (Janice K.) and Lisa (Michael) Moffett. Proud grandma of Jack and Bryce Moffett. Only child of the late Elmo and the late Theresa (nee Wiedemann) Van Atta. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Jan enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and had a special fondness for dogs. Special thanks to the staff at Horizon Home Hospice for their wonderful and comfortable care of Jan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Wisconsin Humane Society in loving memory of Jan. A Celebration of Life will be held in early 2016.
