Janet M. Jakubowski

(Nee Podkomorzy). Passed away peacefully on January 9, 2019 at the age of 98. She was reunited with her Beloved Husband Casimir. Loving Mother of Sandra Quandt and David Jakubowski. Cherished Grandmother of Steven (Kathy) Quandt, Jessica (Greg) Coleman, Jason Jakubowski, Meredith (Nick) Levi, Andrew Jakubowski, and the late Christine (Rob) Edinger. Great-Grandmother of Nicholas, Zachary, Ben, Henry, Charlie, Alexandra, Ben, and Connor. Dear Sister of the late Bill (the late Agnes) Podkomorzy and the late Jeri (the late Norbert) Mikol. Further survived by nieces and nephews, other loved relatives, and friends at Sunrise Care Center and The Cloisters of Greenfield. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel on Tuesday, January 15 starting at 9AM until time of service at 11AM. Entombment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Special Education cause of your choice.
