Her dedication to her profession was evident as she ascended to the role of Director of Nursing. Her business acumen, paired with her compassionate nature, drove her to become part owner of two long-term care nursing facilities, where she touched the lives of countless individuals and families with her expertise, intelligence, and understanding of the human spirit.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jan was a person of many interests. An avid golfer in Pine Mountain, Georgia, Jan could often be found on the greens, enjoying the serene landscapes and the gentle challenges of the game. Her love for reading transported her to worlds beyond her own, while her skill as a world-class Candy Crush player was a humorous testament to her persistence and strategic thinking.

The stories of their travels will continue to inspire those she shared them with.
