James R. Butsch

James R. Butsch Age 74, passed away peacefully on Sunday March 27, 2022. Jim was born and raised in Milwaukee WI. After college in Wisconsin, he taught elementary school in Illinois for over 30 years, earning a Master’s Degree during that time. He later worked for a mortgage company for over 15 years before retiring completely. Jim moved back to Milwaukee 2 years ago to be closer to family. Jim is survived by his brother Richard (Catherine) Butsch. He is preceded in death by his parents Peter and Helen Butsch. Jim will be missed by many dear cousins and friends. Jim enjoyed traveling to many places throughout his life (especially Hawaii). He also enjoyed collecting classic model cars and going to numerous classic car shows. A sincere thank you to Hickory Park and Azura Memory Care for your kindness and compassionate care of Jim. A memorial service will be held for Jim at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL (4747 S. 60th St. Greenfield, WI) on Tuesday April 12, 2022 with a visitation from 10:30 AM until time of service at 12 noon. Private interment Arlington Park Cemetery.
