James "Jimmy" Vaa

James "Jimmy" Vaa Born March 20, 1954 and unexpectedly left us on September 23, 2021 at the age of 67. Welcomed into the world by his parents, the late Maurice and the late Patricia (nee Murphy) Vaa in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Survived by his wife Cynthia “Cindy” Violette, daughter Katie Vaa, son Eric (Jacque) Vaa, and step-daughter Lauren Daniels. Loved by his grandchildren Madison, Sawyer, Case, Savannah, and Christian. Also survived by his sister Karin (David) Gill, sister Jane (Terry) Schwartz, brother John Vaa, brother-in-law Frank (the late Valerie) Konkol, father-in-law Chuck (the late Lolly) Violette, sister-in-law Jenny (Greg Yelle) Violette, and brother-in-law Michael Violette. Also loved by many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. Jimmy was a proud union carpenter for Local 344. “Retiring” after 37 years, but never stopping short of sharing his craftsmanship, making dreams come true for so many. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Mission Hills Chapel on Friday, October 1 from 3PM – 7PM. Celebrant Service will be held at 6:15PM Jimmy, you will be dearly missed, always loved, and remembered as “The Legend”.
