James "Jim" M. Gruettner

James “Jim” M. Gruettner, age 59, of Windlake, WI, passed away unexpectedly on August 4, 2020. Jim is survived by his loving wife Julie; his children Rebecca, Rachel, Samantha, Austin (Judith); his grandchildren Graziella and Enzo, his brothers George (Carol) and Charles (Tanya) along with other family and friends. Jim is preceded in death by his parents George and Marilyn; his siblings Anne, William and John. All who knew Jim was blessed with his infectious laugh, his quirky sarcasm and how much he truly loved his family. Jim and Julie were married 31 years and recently moved back home to Wisconsin where their love first began. He was so proud of his children and expressed it continuously to anyone he knew. He will be deeply missed and forever loved. Services will be held at Max A Sass & Sons, Mission Hills Chapel (8910 W. Drexel Ave, Franklin) on Friday, August 14. A memorial visitation will be held from 5 pm until time of service at 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the family.
