LEISTER, JACQUELINE NANCY "JACKIE" Nee Majchrzak at age 45 Jackie has entered the gates of Heaven. Preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Lois Majchrzak, as well as her older brother Gerald Majchrzak Jr. Survived by her daughters, Samantha Leister and Brittany Leister, her brother Victor W. (Cheryl) Majchrzak and best friend Timothy Leister. Further survived by other relatives and friends and her beloved dog Pookie. Funeral Wednesday, November 23 5-7pm with a funeral service at 7pm. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
