Schulz, Jack R. Born to Eternal Life December 24, 2009 at the age of 66 years. Loving brother of Nancy Dubis, Kathleen (Eugene) Wabiszewski, Robert (Patricia) Schulz and Cheryl Kaminski. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Jack was a retired Chef and a supporter of the AIDS foundation and Special Olympics. Preceded in death by his parents Marie and Raymond Schulz, brother William and nephew Michael Wronski. Visitation Today Tuesday Dec. 29 from 4-8 PM with a prayer service at 6:30 PM at the MAX A. SASS & SONS FUNERAL HOME. Funeral Services to begin at the Funeral home on Wednesday December 30, 2009 at 8:30 am to the BASILICA OF ST. JOSAPHAT for the Funeral Mass at 9 AM. Private Inurnment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
