Beloved dad of Jacqueline (Chris) Martinez, Johnathon, James (Carol), Jacob (Kelly), Joseph, and Jeremy (Amy) and Kristi. Cherished papa of Christopher (Morgan), Kristen, Elizabeth, Natalie, Joshua, Emily, Dakota, and Jacob. Dear great grandpa of Jordan, Mario, and Jaiden. Beloved son of Bernice and the late John Hintz. Dear brother of Sly (Pat), the late Stanley, John (Debbie), Daniel (Shirley), the late Phyllis, Pat (Ray) Stroik, Delphine (Robert) Wrycza, the late Lucille, the late Susan, the late Junie, and Helen (Bill) Mullozzi. Dear son-in-law of Jean and the late James Rich. Further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jack was a multi yard process manager with the Milwaukee Railroad, SooLine Railroad, and The Canadian Pacific Railway for 40 years. He owned and operated ''Jack In The Box'' Tavern from 1978 to 1987. The family wishes to thank Dr. John P. Hanson, Dr. Mouhammed Rihawi, the CICU staff and St. Lukes Medical Center, and the staff at Medical Consultants for all their care and support. Funeral Mass Wednesday, 10 AM at ST. CLARE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7616 Fritz Street, Wind Lake, WI. Interment Wisconsin Memorial Park. Visitation Tuesday 4 PM to 8 PM at the Funeral Home with a 6:30 PM Prayer Service.
