Jack A. King

June 18, 1938 — June 12, 2023

Jack A. King, born in Muskego, WI on June 18th, 1938, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 12th, 2023.


He was born and raised on the King Dairy Farm in Muskego. He spent his entire life farming which was his lifelong passion.


Jack met the love of his life at a dairy dance in Waukesha. They were married on October 3rd 1959. Together they built a successful dairy farm, a beautiful family, and a loving marriage of 64 years.


Jack proudly served his country in the National Guard.


He enjoyed weekend getaways at Fox Lake with his family and friends. Even though farm life was busy he still found time for playing baseball, hunting, fishing, card club, and dancing the polish hop. In later years Jack and Bernice took part in many bus trips with their friends and traveled the world with the Super Crost Seed Company.


Preceded in death by his loving wife Bernice; parents Archie and Ruby King; sister Carolyn (Alvin) Basse. He is survived by his four children: Kathy (Don) Ross, Mark (Gina) King, Heidi (Charlie) Martin, and Tammy (Matt) Johnson. Forever cherished and remembered by his eleven grandchildren: Ashley (Craig) Roffers, David (Jennifer) Ross, Mindy (Josh) Luchini, Steven King, Dana (James) Daniels, Ryan (Lindsay) King, Sarah (Austin) Martin, Amber (Wyatt) Martin, Kaitlyn Martin, Jeff (Morgan) Johnson, and Scott Johnson; his seven great-grandchildren: Avery, Jack, Waylon, Rylee, Maverick, Carter and one on the way; brother Dean (Marilyn) King as well as other close family and friends, and loving dog Holly.


Visitation will be held Thursday, June 15th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Max A. Sass and Sons Westwood Chapel: W173 S7629 Westwood Drive Muskego, WI 53150.


Memorial service will be held on Friday, June 16th at Whitnall Park Lutheran Church: 5847 Lilac Lane, Hales Corners, WI 53130. Additional Visitation and Viewing will be from 10:00 am to 10:45 am. Service to follow at 11:00 am. Burial at Rural Home Cemetery.


In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Whitnall Park Lutheran Church.
