Irene R. Nowakowski

Nowakowski, Irene R. (Lemanski) (Nee Wieczorek) born to eternal life on September 19, 2010 after a short, courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Tony Lemanski and the late Jerry Nowakowski. Loving mom of Cindy (Ron) Ahrens. Loving grandma of Todd (Brenda) and Brad (Helen Bouras). Proud great-grandma of Jake, Hailey Ann, Reese, Braden, Will and Melina Grace. Preceded in death by her sisters and brothers. Also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thank you to her wonderful neighbors; Curtis, Jenny, Julia and Eddie. Irene's family also wishes to thank Dr. Matthew Johnson and Joy, Dr. Jorge Uzquiano, Clement Manor Bridgeway Rehab staff and the Ruth Hospice West Allis staff. Irene was an amazing example of how to live your life at 90. Visitation on Saturday, September 25, 2010 from 10am to 10:45am at ST. ALPHONSUS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 6060 W. Loomis Road, Greendale with the Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
