Henrietta S. Lewandowski

Lewandowski, Henrietta (nee Kubach) Joined her husband David and son Michael in heaven on August, 5, 2012 at age 86. She is lovingly survived by her daughter Karen (Michael) Juneau. Proud granny of Brian (Nicole) Juneau, Tim (Jessica) Juneau, Kathryn and Tom Lewandowski. Cherished great granny of Laila and Derek Juneau. Beloved sister of Alex Kubach, Leonard Kubach, Dolores Kubach, and Virginia Panfil. Preceded in death by her brothers Jerome and Richard Kubach and sister Lucille. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the care givers at South Pointe, Reflections for their kind and compassionate care. Visitation at Blessed Sacrament (3100 S. 41st Street) on August 9, 2012 from 9 AM until the time of service at 10 AM. Entombment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
