Frackowiak, Helena (nee Baczynski) Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January 4, 2013 at age 100. Survived by her loving daughter Helen (the late Casimir) Grzeszkiewicz. Beloved grandma of Donna (Al) Braun, Bobby (Nici) Grzeszkiewicz and Christine (Keith) Swenson. Precious great grandma of Kaity Grzeszkiewicz and Anthony Swenson. Dear sister of Edward Baczynski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Helena is preceded in death by her husband Antoni, her brothers from Poland, Marion and Bronek. Helena is a member of Polonia Sport Club. She worked as a cake decorator for 30 years at Grebe's Bakery. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday, January 11, 2013 from 4-8 PM with a Rosary Service at 7 PM. Further visitation at the Funeral Home on Saturday, January 12, 2012 from 9 AM until 9:45 AM with a procession to the Basilica of St. Josaphat (2333 S. 6th St) for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM.
