Helen Pietrzak

Pietrzak, Helen "Cookie" (nee Jezak) Went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the age of 96. Preceded in death by her husband Edward E. Pietrzak. Sister of the late Irene (the late Milton) Spaltholz. Step-sister of the late Joseph Wokim. Dear mother of Ronald (Ellen) Pietrzak and the late Gerald Pietrzak and his fiance of 26 years, the late Evelyn Gale. Grandmother of the late David J. Pietrzak, Mark (Tiffany) Pietrzak and also her Sarah Fluker, Crystal Burgess and of course Tim Frost. Great-grandmother of Samantha Pietrzak, Nicole Pietrzak, Noah Pietrzak and also her Isaiah. Also survived by her special nephew Walter Orlinski and his wife June. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of Vitas Hospice Care and The Lutheran Home. Visitation at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church, 1414 W. Becher, on Wednesday, November 4 from 9:30 - 10:45 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. Burial at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
