Kosmatka, Helen Alice (nee Dembczak) Found peace April 2, 2011 at the age of 94. Wife of the late Raymond H. Kosmatka. Mother of Thomas (Darleen) Kosmatka, Katherine Todd and Gary Allen Kosmatka. Further survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Helen enjoyed gardening and needlework. Visitation at MAX A. SASS & SONS OKLAHOMA CHAPEL Friday April 8 from 10:30am to 11:15am. Service at 11:30am.
