Dominiak, Helen A. (Nee Galaszewski) Born to Eternal Life June 24, 2009 at the age of 91 years. Preceded in death by her husband Casimer Sr. Loving mother of Casimer Jr. (Pamela) Dominiak and Carol (Paul) Schwantes. Dear grandmother of Martin Dominiak and Daniel Schwantes. Sister of Bernadine Jackowski. Sister-in-law of Regina and Helen Galaszewski. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home on Friday June 26 from 4-8 PM with a prayer service at 7:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday June 27 at ST. ROMAN CHURCH (1810 W. BOLIVAR) at 10 AM. Please meet at the church on Saturday. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
