God called Harry home on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at the age of 85. He died peacefully in his bed. Beloved husband of the late Lois (Nee Bourdo) for 52 years. Father of Corinna Novak and Christine (David) Strandberg. Further survived by grandchildren Myles and Gustave Strandberg, Amy, Angela and Nicole; Great Grandfather of Justin, Cassie, Cyndi, Theo Dylan, Evelyn and Brinley. Dear brother of the late Richard (the late Dorie), Novak, the late Sophie (the late Harold Lago), the late Susie (the late Eugene) Czubakowski, Arlene (the late Roland) Annert, Rose Schafer, Donald (Karen) Novak, the late Jerry (the late Shirley) Novak, Julia (the late Roger) Holtz and the late Mary (the late Freddie) Machajewski. He leaves an extended family of brother and sister and in-laws: the late Fred (the late Dorthea) Bourdo, Patricia (the late Chuck) Jagunt, the late Tom (Carol) Bourdo, the late Leon (Gerri) Bourdo, the late Owen (Doris) Bourdo, Jane (the late Bill) Holick, the late Neal (the late Tenie) Bourdo, Alvin Bourdo, the late Karen (the late Joe) Molus, Mark (Bonnie) Bourdo, the late Dean (the late Gail) Bourdo and the late David (Robin) Bourdo. He will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews and many friends. Harry was six of ten children. He was raised Catholic and remained throughout his life. He married Lois in May of 1964 then moved to Muskego where they remained residents until they passed. They deeply loved their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial visitation at Max Sass Funeral Home, Westwood Chapel on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 10 AM until time of service at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association.
