Harry J. Wesolowski Beneath the quiet, always friendly exterior lies the soul of a hero. Harry J. Wesolowski passed away Wednesday evening, February 2, 2022, at age 91. From a very humble Polish southside upbringing, to a dangerous Army tour in the frozen, war-torn hills of Korea, to saving lives and buildings in a storied MFD firefighting career. Harry gave his all to the people and country he loved. Never shy about professing his love for high school sweetheart and bride of almost 70 years Irenka (Irene), Harry is sure to be welcoming the long-awaited reunion. Harry leaves behind 3 sons, Jesse (Sandi), Bill (Kelly) and Mark Wesolowski, 3 daughters, Laurie (Tim) Theisen, Cindi (Mike) Suvaka and Jane (Scott) Kassis who have always known how high he set the bar, how much he loved his family and how unwavering his support was. Further survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Helen Wesolowski, and his 7 siblings. Visitation at ST. John Paul II Parish (St. Helen Church) 3329 S. 10th Street Milwaukee, WI on Tuesday February 8, 2022 from 9-10:15 AM with the funeral mass to begin at 10:30 AM. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE VISITATION AND MASS.
