Kaczmarek, Harriet J. (Nee Lukasiewicz) April 19, 2018 age 94. Beloved wife of the late Chester. Loving mother of the late Victoria, David (Lori), Linda and Cindy Adams. Dearest sister of Stanley Lucas, the late Ann Demke and the late Gene Lukasiewicz. Further survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thank you to the entire staff at Clifton Court and Hometown Hospice and Homecare for their excellent care of Harriet. Visitation on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL, GREENFIELD from 11am until time of Funeral Service at 12:30pm. Private interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
