Harriet "Busie" Sobiecki

(Nee Walkowski). Passed away peacefully on November 26, 2018 at the age of 101. Beloved wife of the late Walter J. Sobiecki. Loving mother of Mary Werner (Philippi). Cherished grandmother "Busie" of Danielle (Michael) Pennotti and Matthew Philippi. Great-grandmother of Cole and Nina Pennotti. Further survived by nieces and nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Harriet was a proud WWII veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1943-1946. She retired from her hair dressing career at the age of 92 from Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home after 54 years. Harriet was a member of St. John Kanty Parish for over 60 years. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Oklahoma Chapel on Friday, November 30 starting at 4PM until time of service at 6:30PM followed by Military Honors. Procession from the funeral home to St. Adalbert Cemetery will take place on Saturday, December 1st at 12PM. Please meet at the funeral home by 11:45AM.
