Olson, Harold R. Born to Eternal Life on January 7, 2009 at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of Esther (nee Gniot) for 61 years. Loving dad of Kathie (Curt) Staszak, Mark (Donna) and Chris (Phyllis). Proud grandpa of Brian Olson, Kerry (Pepe) Guzman and Kristin and Stephanie Olson. Great grandpa of Emma Sophia. Dear brother of Andrew (Sharon) Olson. Further survived by many other loving relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10:30 am at St. Helen Church (3307 S. 10th St.). Visitation Friday 5-7:30 pm at the funeral home and thereafter Saturday 9:30-10:15 am at the church. Prayer service Friday 6:30 pm at the funeral home. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Harold proudly served his country in the Army during WW II and was a very active member of St. Helen Parish, having served in many capacities, including trustee.
