Harold D. Robertson

Born to eternal life June 11, 2007. Age 79 years. Beloved husband of Margaret Neis-Robertson. Preceded in death by his cherished first wife of 49 years, Elizabeth “Betty” Robertson. Loving father of Michael (Peggy), Jeffrey (Carmen), Richard, Tim (Renee) and John (Doreen) Robertson. Cherished grandfather of Nicole, Danielle, Benjamin (Melissa), Richard II, Ryan, Emily, Tony, Kylie-Paige, Brandon and Bradley. Great-grandfather of Samuel. Dear brother of Gordon (Rita) Robertson. Further survived by other relatives and many, many close and dear friends. Visitation Thurs. June 14 from 4-8 PM at the MAX A. SASS & SONS MISSION HILLS CHAPEL, with a vigil service at 7 PM. Visitation also on Fri. June 15 at ST. JOHN VIANNEY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1755 N. CALHOUN RD. from 9:30 AM-10:15 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. At 60 years old, Harold was founder and CEO of Venture Electrical Contractors. He was a long-time resident of Franklin, serving as an Alderman for 10 years. Harold was proud of his 17 year involvement as a Coach in the Hales Corners Little League. When he wasn’t busy serving on numerous committees and boards, Harold was busy as an avid golfer, traveler, fisherman and gardener. He was especially proud of his prize winning show flowers, with Dahlias as a specialty. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes Association appreciated.
