Dziubek Grace J. (nee Nowacki) Born to eternal life Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Age 86. Grace married Phillip Dziubek Jr. August 27, 1949. Sadly, Phil preceded her in death on February 21, 1996. Grace is survived by her children, Phillip Dziubek III and Kathleen (Timothy) Thibedeau; her grandchildren, Nathan (Emily) Thibedeau, Jonathan (Kristen) Thibedeau and Sara Dziubek; and her great grandson, Milo Thibedeau. Sister of Ruth (Elroy) Kosanke, the late Ralph (Jackie) Nowacki, the late Audrey (Richard) Czysz, the late David (Teckla) Nowacki, Betty (Henry) Wand, the late Barbara (Richard) Kosanke, Patricia (Eldon) Emerton and the late Rita Nowacki. Visitation at Blessed St. John Paul III Parish, St Helen Church, 3329 S. 10th St. Friday, February 24, 9-10:30am. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am. Entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
