Gordon "Charlie" Zepnick

Gordon "Charlie" Zepnick Born to Eternal Life on December 29, 2017 at the age of 82 years. Loving Husband of 58 years to Jerelyn Jeri (nee Stathas). Loving and generous Father of Jodi (Steve) Szklarski, Josh Zepnick (Barbara Henschel) and the late Jamie Zepnick. Loving and proud Grandpa of Jessica Szklarski. Survived by niece Andrea (nee Stathas) and Adam Florin; cousins Mike (Pam) Preston Sr., Mike Preston Jr. and Jordan (nee Preston) and Ben Kimbro and family. Preceded in death by his brothers Bobby and Ken Zepnick and brother-in-law Andy Stathas Jr. Further survived by loving relatives and many friends. Gordy was known as a dependable hard worker who enjoyed new challenges and thrived on helping people throughout his life. He worked as a telephone repair lineman for AT&T for 38 years. In retirement his part-time job included floral delivery and real estate courier for the Mike Roth at Shorewest Realty. Visitation will be held at EMANUEL UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST (10627 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners) on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 4-6:45PM. Funeral Service to follow at 7PM. Private family burial at Forest Home Cemetery.
