Gloria W. Kent

Gloria W. Kent (Nee Westphal) Born to Eternal Life January 19, 2021 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Robert Kent. Loving mother of Mark (Cindy) and Brian (Mary), and the late Gregory "Greg" (Pat) Korrison. Beautiful grandmother of Jessica and Rebecca Korrison. Sister of Dalores (Bruce) Pfister, Valerie "Val" Wrench and the late Linda Palmer. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Gloria was a graduate of UW Whitewater and was a Parochial School Teacher for over 30 years at St. Thomas Parish in Hampshire Illinois, Mt. Carmel Parish in Kenosha, WI., and Our Lady Queen of Peace School in Milwaukee until her retirement. Gloria was a wonderful science teacher. Gloria and Robert enjoyed traveling on bus tours around the country. Gloria and Robert also enjoyed going to the Elkhorn County fair every year to reminisce where she grew up. Gloria loved baking and spending time with her family. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the following charities would be appreciated. Breast Cancer Research Foundation or UW-Whitewater Foundation, Inc. A Celebration of Gloria’s Life will be held at a later time.
