Gloria J. Ludka

Ludka, Gloria Joyce (Nee Datka) passed away peacefully on December 8, 2018 at the age of 84. She is preceded in death by her parents Louis and Alice Datka, her husband of 52 years Richard, her brother Terry and sister-in-law Jean. Gloria is survived by her three children Linda (Robert) Mlynarek, Michael (Dottie) and Lori (Gerry) Shinners. She was a loving grandmother to her nine grandchildren Melissa (Steve) Cruft, Breanne, Tim (Michelle), Michael (Jenny), Chris, Meghan (Max) Malecki, Matthew, Allie and Nick. She was affectionately known to her four great-grandchildren Annabelle, Michael, Isla and Graham as “GiGi”. Gloria cherished time spent with family and friends. She was a faithful parishioner, frequent but disciplined gambler, bus trip participant, talented baker/cook, and a truly one-of-a-kind woman. She will be remembered for her generosity, overflowing love for her family, and compassion of all those in her life. Heaven has just gained a new executive baker. Memorial Gathering on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at OUR LADY OF LOURDES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3722 So. 58th Street, Milwaukee from 10AM to 11:15AM with the Memorial Mass at 11:30AM.
