Gilbert Richard Krantz

Krantz "Krzyzanowski", Gilbert R. "Gillie" Joined his beloved wife Joan in Heaven October 20, 2011 at the age of 86 years. Loving dad of Deborah (the late James) Janczak, Doug (Echo), Barbara Krantz (Bill Moore) and Randy (Sandy). Proud grandpa of Thomas (Carina) Kevin, Bobby and Amanda Krantz and Nicole Moore. Further survived by 5 great grandchildren, brothers; Gordon and Clifford, a sister; Dorothy, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 10:30 am at St. Roman Church (1810 W. Bolivar, Milwaukee). Visitation Monday 4-7 pm with an AMVETS post service at 6:30 pm at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home and visitation thereafter Tuesday 10-10:30 am at the church. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Gilbert proudly served his country during WW II in the Navy and was a member of AMVETS Post #60. He was an electrician and a longtime volunteer at S.S. Cyril and Methodius and St. Mary Magdalene Churches.
