Klaus, Gilbert F. Born to Eternal Life on January 31, 2017 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Pilarski) for 59 years. Loving dad of Craig (Nora) and Cynthia (Jeff) Verhagen. Proud grandpa of Andrea, Jenna and Amy Klaus, Alyssa Grisar and Erica and Rachel Verhagen. Dear brother of Elizabeth (the late Wayne) Borns. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and his SHML Senior residence "family". Visitation Monday February 6, 2017 from 4 until 7 pm at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel. Rosary Monday 6:30 pm. Additional visitation Tuesday from 10 until 10:45 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (7963 S. 116th St., Franklin). Private entombment Wisconsin Memorial Park. Gil's family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Gaetha Ganesan, Dr. Fredrico Sanchez, the St. Luke's Lab Ladies on the 9th floor and the nurses on the 10th floor Garden Tower for all the wonderful care.
