Born to Eternal Life on January 23, 2019 at age 93. Loving mother of Christine (Eugene) Philipp and Donna (Scott) Vida. Beloved grandma of Patrick Philipp, Daniel Philipp, Kelly (Haider) Bokhari, Jacqueline (James) Nowak, Sarah (Eric) Butzer, Steven(Alison) Vida. Further survived by eight great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband Chester and her son Lawrence. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 1st at Blessed Sacrament Church (3100 S. 41st St, Milwaukee, WI 53215)from 4-4:45 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 5 PM. Burial Saturday 10 AM at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please have a Catholic Mass offered for Gertrude.
