Gerald "Red" Chmielewski Born to Eternal life Nov. 10,2021 at the age of 88 one week before his 89th birthday. Beloved husband of Carol Dicks -Chmielewski. Loving dad of Patty (Tim) Perkins, Jeff (Terri) Chmielewski, (the late Matthew) Chmielewski. Step dad of Lisa Chmielewski, Becky DeSpain, Jane (Murray) Johnson. Brother of Patricia (the late Bob) Schweitzer, Bernadine (Dan) Wicinski, Christine (the late Ron) Sowinski and the late Leonard (the late Clementine) Chmielewski. Further survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his first wife Janet Chmielewski. Red and his brother Leonard started Chmielewski Brothers Auto Repair in 1954. He served the Southside of Milwaukee as an auto mechanic until his 80th birthday. Visitation at St. Leonard Catholic Church (W173 S7743 Westwood Drive, Muskego ,WI) on Thursday November 18, 2021 from2-3:45 PM with the Funeral Mass at 4 PM. Private interment St. Adalbert Cemetery
