Gerald "Jerry" Hoernke

Hoernke, Gerald "Jerry" Was taken too soon on March 20, 2018 at the age of 70. Loving husband of Diane (nee Coughlin) for nearly 50 years. Proud father of Wes and Ryan (Kelly). Loving "Paca" of Kennedy, Keegan, Kwynn and Michael. Dear brother of Harvey (Clarice), Jean (the late James) Serwa, Don (Virginia) and the late Richard (the late Jeannie). Loved Brother-in-law of the late Geraldine, Louise (Mike), Jimmy (Helen), Sarah (Danny), Mary (Mark), Catherine (John) and Margaret. Further survived by his extended Hoernke and Coughlin family, nieces and nephews, other loved relatives and many friends. Jerry was a proud member of UA Steamfitters Local 601 and proud Army Veteran. He had a passion for softball, baseball, GOLF and his family. Memorial Gathering will be held at ST JOHN PAUL II PARISH-ST ALEXANDER CHURCH (1568 W. Holt Ave., Milwaukee) on Saturday, April 28 from 9:30-10:45AM. Memorial Mass to follow at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. John Paul II Parish-St. Alexander Church.
