George J. Shain

Shain, George J. Age 63. Passed away at home on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Loving husband of Faith (nee Ronnebaum). Doggy daddy to Jazz. Son of the late George and Lillian Shain. Brother of Mary Alburg, Jean Fazio, Kathy (Peter) Zarimba, Paul (Judy) Shain and the late John (Kathy) Shain. Uncle of Michael, Kenneth, and Christopher Alburg, James and Kimberly Fazio and Jason Zarimba. Godfather of Kimberly Fazio, Kaleb Lecher, and William Toetz. Son-in-law of Patricia Goldberg. Brother-in-law of Kristine (Greg) Wilk, Jennifer (Mark) Toetz, and Tricia (Brian) Lecher. Also survived by other family members and friends. George worked for the United States Postal Service at the Downtown location for 40 years before he retired in July of 2017. He was an avid Packer fan and loved music of all genres. Visitation at Max Sass Funeral Home, Mission Hills Chapel, on Wed, May 30, 10:30 - 12:30 PM. Prayer Service at 12:30 PM. Private entombment at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
